bluebonnets

elijah is now an official texas baby (we took his first set of bluebonnet photos).  for those of you not in texas, every spring the bluebonnets bloom and it is a tradition to take your child to the nearest field of wildflowers (even if said field is not somewhere magical, but located across the street from sonic) and take a zillion photos of them.  honestly, you will see people pulled over on the side of the highway with their kids sitting in the flowers on the road shoulder.  it is crazy!  it was sunny today, so forgive the squinting.  also, he wanted to show everyone his new skill: standing, but was unsure about the field, so he held on to mommy's hand.  here is our texas cutie-pie.
