yikes! first of all, let me say, we have a very small, portable camera that is also super slow. it just can not compete with the speed and silliness of a toddler. christof did manage to teach elijah to say, "keys" on cue (well, about half of the time). we spent a grueling 40min running around the family room, trying different poses and trying to catch our little man smiling, looking at the camera, and standing still. wow, what a task. and in the end, we just caught him playing. there are a lot of pictures in the photo section but here is a taste of the craziness. the official christmas card photo is not posted, you'll just have to wait and see it :)
