we had a great 4th of July with friends, food, and a few baby pools- what could be better? a few family friends came over to spend the afternoon with us and it was chaotic fun as always. elijah loves watermelon so much that he ate like a ravenous animal (again) and we had to cut him off after three! adult sized pieces. our friends went to see fireworks, but to be honest since seeing fireworks in boston, nothing else quite lives up (and elijah is a grumpy little man after 8pm).
